Purpose of the form
Your name and e-mail are needed to reply. Phone, location, date and message are optional. The details are used to reply, prepare a quote and arrange work. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to a newsletter.
Basis for processing
Details needed to prepare a contract at your request are processed under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Other correspondence is handled on the basis of the legitimate interest in replying to a message, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Technical services
Cloudflare provides the website and form infrastructure. I receive messages in Gmail, and Resend may send an automatic confirmation. Cloudflare Turnstile spam protection may process technical browser and connection data. Cloudflare Web Analytics collects aggregate visit statistics without cookies and without identifying individuals.
Form memory
The browser keeps a form draft for the current session so it survives language changes and navigation. The draft is not sent to the server before you submit the form and is cleared after the enquiry is accepted. Campaign parameters in the page address may accompany an enquiry, without form text being added to those parameters.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure or restriction. Where GDPR provides for it, you also have portability and objection rights. You may complain to the Polish data protection authority. For data enquiries, write to kontakt@fotonowakowski.pl.
Retention
Correspondence is kept for the time needed to handle the enquiry and arrange work. If an order is placed, some details may be subject to accounting and legal-claim requirements.
Decisions and communications
I do not make decisions about commissions solely by automated means. The form is not marketing consent.
